Delete your account
In the app
Open Viaggiatore, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
By email
If you can't open the app, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. We'll delete your account within 30 days and let you know when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, login and taste profile.
- Your connected inboxes: we delete the credentials and revoke our Gmail access with Google.
- The bookings we found and the trips only you belong to.
Trips you share with other people stay with them. If you created one, it passes to another member. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
