Terms of service

Last updated: 25 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Forma360 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17292397), which runs Viaggiatore (“we”, “us”). They apply when you use the Viaggiatore app and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Viaggiatore helps you organise trips. It reads booking emails you choose to connect, finds places in posts you share, suggests food and activities, and lets you plan with others. Some features use artificial intelligence.

2. Your account

3. AI and travel information: please double-check

Viaggiatore builds itineraries automatically and gives AI-generated suggestions. These can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Examples include flight times, gate or terminal details, entry and visa rules, opening hours, prices, weather and transport advice. Always check important details with your airline, hotel, operator or official government sources before you rely on them. We aren't a travel agent. We don't sell, book or guarantee any travel service, and we aren't responsible for third-party services or for missed flights, bookings or connections.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you add to Viaggiatore. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it, only to run the Service for you and for the people you share trips with. When you invite someone to a trip, they can see and edit its content.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to:

6. Third-party services

The Service connects to third parties such as Google (sign-in, Gmail, Maps and Places), email providers, AI model providers and content platforms. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for their availability or content.

7. Price and changes

Viaggiatore is currently free. We may add paid features in the future, and we'll always show prices clearly before you're charged. We may change, suspend or stop parts of the Service. If a change affects you significantly, we'll try to give you reasonable notice.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see how to delete your account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people or the Service at risk.

9. Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it and aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from relying on itinerary data or AI suggestions. Our total liability to you is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data, including data from Gmail.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you can also rely on the mandatory consumer laws of your country and bring a claim there.
